Policy
1. Check-in Between 13:00 and 23:00 - Check out by 10:00.
2. Children of all ages are welcome.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open-air areas.
5. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
Payment Conditions
A non-refundable deposit equal to the first night of the stay is required.
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, bacs, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard
(There are no extra charges for card payments)

Our Check-in and Check-out times may be flexible when the hotel is not full.
Cancellation Conditions
If a booking is cancelled less than 2 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 3 days before arrival then a charge equal to the first 2 nights of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled 3 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
